Cash Profit - Sharing Arrangement
The Optimum profit-sharing arrangement involves the quarterly distribution of up to 30% of profits to participants in our private label brand development in the form of cash. The profit-sharing incentivizes our prospective brand partners to engage in mid-long term relationship with Optimum Brands. All profit-sharing partners are automatically eligible to become Optimum global distributors.
